Highbridge Hotel

My stay was great from check-in to check-out. Check-in was quick and easy. I requested an additional blanket and received it right away. I stayed in the King studio Suite. The room was so very spacious and clean. I loved the lazy boy chair. The water pressure in the shower was so good!! The breakfast every morning was delicious!!! Your breakfast team (2 women, 1 man) were very nice and kept the area clean. They cooked the food fast and it was delicious. I love that they make fresh eggs, bacon, sausages, potatoes , mini pancakes and oatmeal daily!! I made sure to tip every morning. They deserve it!! The highlight for me was the free coffee all day and night!! I love coffee and it was so fresh every time. Shoutout to the cleaning crew, the hotel smells really nice and every time I left my room and came back they cleaned my bathroom so pristinely. My bed was always made. The front desk staff were very friendly and nice. I will definitely stay at Highbridge Hotel and have already recommended them to a few of my friends and family. The location is great! There are stores, restaurants, and transportation ( 4train, 35 bus) nearby. I’m originally from the Bronx but was here from out of town visiting family and Highbridge Hotel felt homey and relaxing, which is exactly what I needed for this trip. I’ll be back soon and thank you to your whole team for such a great stay!!

I recently stayed from June 5th - 8th to celebrate my bachelor trip, the highlight being the Yankees game, them being so close to the stadium was the reason I chose to stay there. The walk takes about 15 minutes but if you hop on the 4 Train you will get there in about 2 minutes. The Hotel is well let lit outside and the staff consistently cleans the rooms while you are enjoying the city. Rooms are simple yet modern, would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy a Yankees game. The neighborhood is full of proud Puerto Ricans who are very friendly and love the Yankees. Recommend Jerome's Belly Deli a they make a great bacon, egg and cheese roll and Italian panini. As well as have toiletrees for your convenience. If you are landing in LaGuardia, would recommend taking an uber as taking public transit can be tight and long with all the stops according to our Apple Maps. I only recommend an uber when you arrive and leaving for the airport. Since the 4 Train is down the street and the trains take credit cards via tap, it makes getting to the other boroughs easy. Overall, I had a great time and would recommend the Highbridge Hotel.

I loved the staff! Shoutout to Orlando who was so patient and took the time to make me a personalized itinerary so I could see the most places. I want to thank the girl at the reception who was so patient with all my questions and always kept a smile on her face.The lady at the cafeteria in the morning who could literally read our mind when we needed things and was helpful! Everybody is just so kind. I didn’t mind taking the metro, it was more easy than I thought. There’s many restaurants who looked good and we tried some with my sisters. I won’t hesitate to come back for my next trip to.NYC. Thank you for everything

4.5 stars. Stayed here for 4 nights in a King Suite. The service was excellent, and the location is ideal. It's also very affordable compared to other similar hotels. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, with pharmacies and small supermarkets close by. We also never felt unsafe in the area, and the people around were very friendly. There's also a recently opened desert store next door, that's perfect for a late treat. It takes about 30–40 minutes to reach downtown via the metro. The room was incredibly clean, and housekeeping came in daily to clean both the room and bathroom—even without being requested. Towels and sheets were changed every day. Complimentary coffee and tea are available unlimited, and breakfast is served fresh and hot each morning. One thing to note is that a $100 deposit is required upon check-in. If you use a debit card, it may take up to a month to be refunded. I removed half a star because the room didn’t have a wardrobe. While hangers and a wall-mounted hook were provided, the lack of a proper wardrobe was slightly inconvenient. Overall, we had a great stay, and the hotel experience definitely made our trip more enjoyable.

Wonderful! A great find! The price was fantastic. The room was basic, but that's all I wanted and needed. Spotless! Traffic at night, so do use earplugs if you're a light sleeper. The breakfast is sumptuous: complete and steadily restocked, authentic mini-pancakes, real (not instant) oatmeal, eggs, bacon or sausage, great coffee (with half-and-half or milk)--really impressive. Friendly staff! Well, that was the only blip. When I explained that my phone is talk/text only, the young woman working check-in was rude and inflexible about downloading the app--but a young man stepped in to help me and solved the problem. So nearly all of the staff was cool and professional. Not in NYC much, but I plan to come here again. I HIGHLY recommend the HIGHbridge.
